User Interface & Experience Design revolves around a lot of factors. Firstly it is the way an application or device looks and feels in terms of presentation. The other most important aspect would be in terms of how functional the user interface is.

Interface design revolves around how the Product looks and feels. It is the physical component that visually presents data to the user. User experience on the other hand revolves around the various visual effects that is used to present the Interface itself. This is achieved by using Flash or Javascript Frameworks.
